what’s a cohort like?

Each cohort’s programming starts by looking inward - thinking about your unique purpose - and slowly moves outward, focusing on skills such as emotional intelligence. We do this all in a space where everyone is encouraged to be brave and challenged to show up as their whole self…leaving egos at the door. No, it’s not some secret society. We don’t have a special handshake. But we do have real friendships. We do build professional support. And, YES, you absolutely grow during your time at The Thread.

Cohort Eleven - Beginning April 2026

Enrollment Closes March 27th, 2026

Cohort Eleven begins in April 2026 and runs until September 2026. Session dates are listed to the left and session are half days from 10 am to 2 pm. The cohort experience is $2995 per person.
